Key Features
Powerful performance with wide coverage
The DS-6250S makes radio users confident to communicate anywhere in the field. It features a maximum output power of 50 W and supports tri-diversity receiving. In addition, it can be directly mounted on the top of buildings and towers, reducing loss caused by feeder, connectors, etc.
SDR technology, easy to expand and maintain
The DS-6250S allows users to remotely configure its frequency, output power and number of carriers through the software – without buying any additional hardware or conducting reconstructions, facilitating frequency applications and subsequent network expansion.
Low power consumption, slash operational costs
The DS-6250S features low power consumption of less than 350W, just one-third of traditional base stations. When powered by solar power system or UPS, it uses fewer batteries and takes up less space greatly saving money for site renting and electricity fee. Moreover, with lower power consumption design and high efficient heat dissipation, it requires no dedicated air conditioner. All of these help keep the operational costs to a minimum.
All in one design, born for outdoor
DS-6250S adopts an integrated high-integration design, with a volume of less than 20 L and a weight of only 16.7 kg, which is easy to transport to any place, greatly reducing the installation cost. It can be adapted to outdoor environments and doesn’t require base station shelter protection, reducing deployment costs.
High reliability
IP68 and 20 kA lightning protection, can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 55°C, strong environmental adaptability. What’s more, the DS-6250S can support 1+1 redundancy.
Flexible deployment
The DS-6250S can be swiftly mounted on walls, poles, vehicles, and trolleys, enabling the full potential of DMR Tier lll to be harnessed in any environment. The fast and flexible deployment saves much time and costs, making various dispatching services possible.
Efficient networking
The DS-6250S comes with a RJ45 port and a SFP port, both of which can be used for wired cascading and support external wireless link equipment. Moreover, the DS-6250S can create networks separately or together with the DS-6210/DS-6211 base stations.
Flexible frequency usage
Built on multi-carrier technology, the DS-6250S utilizes carrier spacing above 50 kHz. What’s more, it supports the DMR trunking simulcast feature, which enables base stations to use the same frequency in the network for better use of spectrum resources.
